In Cherkasy region, projects to increase rehabilitation capacities continue to be implemented. In particular, another project was completed in one of the hospitals in the Cherkasy district. A rehabilitation department has started working here according to all the necessary standards.

“For us in Cherkasy, this is a fundamental story. The need for such services is constant and timely. Barrier-free spaces, equipment, a team of specialists – these are what rehabilitation departments should be. Thank you to the community for their responsible attitude!” – remarked the head of the OVA Igor Taburets.

Currently in the region, departments similar to those in this territory are being created in three more cluster medical institutions.

We would like to add that currently eight health care institutions of the Cherkasy Region have concluded contracts with the NHSHU for inpatient rehabilitation. Another 12 provide outpatient services.
